BOND - ဂႏၳ၊ တုပ္ေႏွာင္ျခင္း

ဂႏၳ (Gantha) - တုပ္ေႏွာင္ျခင္း၊ တုပ္ေႏွာင္တတ္ေသာတရား။

တုပ္ေႏွာင္တတ္ေသာ တရားေလးပါးရွိသည္ -

      (၁) အဘိဇၩာကာယဂႏၴ - သူတပါး စည္းစိမ္ကုိ မတရားလုိခ်င္မႈ ေလာဘ။
      (၂) ဗ်ာပါဒကာယဂႏၴ - သူတစ္ပါးကုိ ပ်က္စီးေစလုိမႈ ေဒါသ။
      (၃) သီလဗၺတပရာမာသ ကာယဂႏၴ - အက်င့္သီလ၌ အယူမွားမႈ ဒိ႒ိ။
      (၄) ဣဒံသစၥာဘိနိေ၀သ ကာယဂႏၴ - ဤအယူသည္သာမွန္၏ - ဟု စြဲၿမဲစြာယူျခင္း ဒိ႒ိ။

Factor that ties up

There are four bonds:

      (1) bond of covetousness, i.e., desiring to possess others’ property wrongfully, abhijjhᾱᾱyaganhta;

      (2) bond of ill will;, i.e., wishing to destroy others, byᾱpᾱdakᾱyaganhta;

      (3) bond of wrong view regarding practice of morality, sῑlabbata parᾱmᾱsa-kᾱyaganhta;

      (4) bond of wrong view that firmly holds only this is true, idaṁsaccᾱbhinivesakᾱyaganhta
