ဒါန -   စြန္႔ႀကဲေပးကမ္း လွဴဒါန္းျခင္း။

စြန္႔ႀကဲေပးကမ္းလွဴဒါန္းျခင္းသည္ ဒါနမည္၏၊ ကံ, ကံ၏အက်ဳိးကုိ ယုံၾကည္ၿပီး မလွဴမီ, လွဴၿပီး အခ်ိန္သုံးမ်ဳိးလုံး၌ ထက္သန္ ၀မ္းေျမာက္မႈရွိေသာ အလွဴသည္ အက်ဳိးႀကီးေသာ အလွဴဒါန မည္၏။

ေပးကမ္းျခင္းသည္ သူခ်စ္ေဆးျဖစ္၍ ေကာင္းက်ဳိးမွန္သမွ်ကုိ ၿပီးေစႏုိင္၏။

Giving away as a gift or donation is dᾱna. If one gives with a firm belief in kamma and its results, and if one does so with keenness and a feeling of joy at the time of giving and also before and after, that gift is indeed a great gift. Charity is like a love philter and brings all kinds of benefit.
