FACTORS OF NON-DECLINE Aparihᾱniyadhamma

အပရိဟာနိယဓမၼ -     အပရိဟာနိယတရား၊ ဆုတ္ယုတ္ပ်က္စီးျခင္းမရွိေသာတရား၊ တုိးတက္ႀကီးပြားမႈကုိ ျဖစ္ေစတတ္ေသာတရား၊

တုိင္းျပည္စည္ကားတုိးတက္ေၾကာင္း အပရိဟာနိယတရားခုႏွစ္ပါးမွာ -

(၁) မျပတ္စည္းေ၀းျခင္း၊

(၂) အညီအၫြတ္စည္းေ၀းျခင္း၊ အညီအၫြတ္အစည္းအေ၀းမွထျခင္း၊

(၃) ေရွးကမရွိခဲ့ေသာ ဥပေဒစည္းကမ္းကုိ အသစ္မပညတ္ျခင္း၊ ရွိၿပီး ဥပေဒစည္းကမ္းကုိ မဖ်က္ျခင္း၊ ပညတ္ထားသည့္အတုိင္း လုိက္နာက်င့္သုံးျခင္း၊

(၄) အသက္အ႐ြယ္ႀကီးသူတုိ႔ကုိ ႐ုိေသေလးျမတ္ပူေဇာ္ျခင္း၊

(၅) အမ်ဳိးသမီးႀကီး အမ်ဳိးသမီးငယ္တုိ႔ကုိ အႏုိင္အထက္ျပဳ၍ မေပါင္းသင္းျခင္း၊

(၆) ေက်ာင္း, ကန္, ဘုရားေစတီ စသည္ကုိ ႐ုိေသေလးျမတ္ပူေဇာ္၍ အစဥ္အလာပူေဇာ္မႈမပ်က္ ဆက္လက္ေဆာင္႐ြက္အားထုတ္ျခင္း၊

(၇) သီလသမာဓိပညာတုိ႔ႏွင့္ ၿပီးျပည့္စုံေသာ ရဟန္းတုိ႔ကုိ ခ်ီးေႁမွာက္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္သုိ႔ ပင့္ေဆာင္၍ ခ်မ္းသာစြာ သီတင္းသုံးေနထုိင္ေစျခင္း။

Factors that promote prosperity

The seven factors that promote the prosperity of a country are:

(1) having regular meetins;

(2) assembling in harmony and dispersing in harmony;

(3) refraining from ordaining what has not been ordained before, refraining from abolishing what has been ordained before, and abiding by the established practices and customs;

(4) treating the elders with respect and veneration;

(5) refraining from forcibly abducting women and maidens;

(6) showing respect and veneration towards the shrines, etc., and making traditional offerings without remiss; and

(7) taking proper care of bhikkhus endowed with morality, concentration and wisdom, and inviting such bhikkhus to one’s country to come and stay in peace and comfort.
