INCOMPREHENSIBILITY Acinteyya

အစိေႏၲယ် -    မႀကံစည္ႏုိင္ေသာအရာ၊ ႀကံစည္စဥ္းစား၍ မသိႏုိင္ေသာအရာ။

ေလာက၌ ႀကံစည္စဥ္းစားျခင္းျဖင့္ ျပည့္စုံေအာင္ မသိႏုိင္ေသာအရာ ေလးမ်ဳိးရွိ၏၊ ၎ကုိ အစိေႏၲယ် ေလးပါးဟု ေခၚသည္။

(၁) ဘုရားရွင္တုိ႔အရာကုိ မႀကံစည္ႏုိင္၊

(၂) စ်န္၏အရာကုိ မႀကံစည္ႏုိင္၊

(၃) ကံ၏ အက်ဳိးေပးမႈကုိ မႀကံစည္ႏုိင္၊

(၄) ေလာက၏ အေၾကာင္းအရာကုိ မႀကံစည္ႏုိင္။

“ရဟန္းတုိ႔ ေလာကသည္ ၿမဲသေလာ၊ မၿမဲသေလာ၊ အဆုံးရွိသေလာ၊ မဆုံးမရွိသေလာ စသည္ျဖင့္ ေလာကအေၾကာင္းကုိ မႀကံစည္ကုန္လင့္။ ထုိသုိ႔ ႀကံစည္ျခင္းသည္ အက်ဳိးမရွိ၊ နိဗၺာန္ကုိ မ်က္ေမွာက္ျပဳျခင္းငွာ မျဖစ္” ဟု ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ေဟာၾကားေတာ္မူသည္။

Unthinkable; impenetrable; something beyond the reach of thought or reason

There are four things in the world which are incomprehensible. They are known as the four Acinteyyas:-

(1) the domain of a Buddha, Buddha-visaya;

(2) the sphere of the trances, jhana-visaya;

(3) the consequences of volitional action, kamma-vipaka; and

(4) brooding over the world, loka-cinta.

“Bhikkhus, do not brood over the world as to whether it is eternal or temporal, limited or endless, etc. Such brooding is of no use; it does not lead to the realization of Nibbᾱna”.
