LEGACY Dᾱyᾱda

ဒါယာဒ -       (ဘုရားရွင္၏) အေမြ။

ဘုရားရွင္၏ အေမြေတာ္ ႏွစ္မ်ဳိးရွိသည္ -

(၁) အာမိသဒါယာဒ - ပစၥည္းေလးပါးအေမြ၊

(၂) ဓမၼဒါယာဒ - တရားအေမြ။

Legacy of the Buddha.

The two legacies left by the Buddhas are:

(1) the four material requisites permitted to the bhikkhus and novices, ᾱmisa dᾱyᾱda; and

(2) the Teaching, dhamma dᾱyᾱda.
