LUXURIOUS SEATS AND BEDS Mahᾱsayana

မဟာသယန - ျမတ္ေသာေနရာ။

လဲ, ေမြ႕ယာ, သားေမြးေကာ္ေဇာ စေသာ အဆင့္အတန္းျမင့္ေသာ အေကာင္းစား ေနရာမ်ားကုိ မဟာသယနဟု ေခၚသည္။

ဥပုသ္သီလ ေဆာက္တည္ထားသူသည္ ဤျမင့္ေသာေနရာ, ျမတ္ေသာေနရာမ်ားတြင္ မအိပ္ေကာင္း၊ မထုိင္ေကာင္းပါ။

Seats or beds stuffed with cotton, wool or down or laid with fur, mattresses, carpets and similar luxurious appointments are called luxurious seats and beds.

One who is observing the uposaṭha precepts is not supposed to use such seats or beds.
