MERITORIOUS DEED Puññakiriya vatthu

ပုညကိရိယ၀တၳဳ -      ပုညကိရိယာ၀တၳဳ၊ ျပဳလုပ္ထုိက္ေသာ ေကာင္းမႈလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား။

ခ်မ္းသာသုခ ေကာင္းက်ဳိးအမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိးကုိ ရေစႏုိင္သည့္ ျပဳလုပ္ထုိက္ေသာ ေကာင္းမႈလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကုိ ပုညကိရိယာ၀တၳဳဟု ေခၚသည္။

ထုိပုညကိရိယာ၀တၳဳသည္ -

(၁) ဒါန - စြန္႔ႀကဲေပးကမ္းလႉဒါန္းျခင္း၊

(၂) သီလ - ကုိယ္မႈ, ႏႈတ္မႈမ်ားကုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းျခင္း၊

(၃) ဘာ၀နာ - ေကာင္းမႈကုသုိလ္မ်ားကုိ တုိးပြားေအာင္ ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း၊

(၄) အပစာယန - ႐ုိေသထုိက္သူကုိ ႐ုိေသေလးစားျခင္း၊

(၅) ေ၀ယ်ာ၀စၥ - သူတစ္ပါး၏ ေကာင္းမႈကုိသုိလ္ ကိစၥမ်ား၌ ကိစၥႀကီးငယ္မ်ားကုိ ပါ၀င္လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း၊

(၆) ပတၱိဒါန - မိမိျပဳလုပ္ေသာ ကုသုိလ္အဖုိ႔ကုိ အမွ်အတမ္း ေပးေ၀ျခင္း၊

(၇) ပတၱာႏုေမာဒန - သူတစ္ပါးတုိ႔က ကုသုိလ္အမွ်ေပးေ၀သည္ကုိ ၀မ္းေျမာက္၀မ္းသာ သာဓုေခၚျခင္း၊

(၈) ဓမၼႆ၀န - တရားကုိ ေကာင္းစြာ နာယူမွတ္သားျခင္း၊

(၉) ဓမၼေဒသနာ - တရားကုိ ေဟာေျပာျပသျခင္း၊

(၁၀) ဒိ႒ိဇုကမၼ - အယူကုိ ေျဖာင့္မွန္ေအာင္ ယူျခင္း - ဟူ၍ ၁၀-မ်ဳိး ရွိသည္။

The following meritorious deeds bring all kinds of happiness and prosperity and are to be recommended:

(1) generosity or charity, dᾱna;

(2) morality or good moral conduct, sῑla

(3) meditation, bhᾱvanᾱ;

(4) paying due respect to those who are worthy of it, apacᾱyana;

(5) helping others perform good deeds, veyyavacca;

(6) sharing of merit after doing some good deed, pattidᾱna;

(7) rejoicing at others merit-making, pattᾱnumodᾱna;

(8) listening well to the Doctrine, dhammassavana;

(9) teaching the Doctrine, dhammadesanᾱ;

(10) straightening one’s views, diṭṭhizukamma.
