SECLUSION Viveka
၀ိေ၀က - ကင္းစိတ္ျခင္း၊ ၿငိမ္းေအးျခင္း။
ယင္း ကင္းဆိတ္ျခင္း၊ ၿငိမ္းေအးျခင္းတုိ႔သည္ ၃-ပါးရွိသည္။
(၁) ကာယ၀ိေ၀က - ကာမဂုဏ္ ကိေလသာတုိ႔မွ ကင္းလြတ္ျခင္း ဟူေသာ ကုိယ္၏ ကင္းဆိတ္ၿငိမ္းေအးမႈ၊
(၂) စိတၱ၀ိေ၀က - ကိေလသာ ကာမတရားတုိ႔မွ ကင္းလြတ္ျခင္းဟူေသာ စိတ္၏ ကင္းဆိတ္ၿငိမ္းေအးမႈ၊
(၃) ဥပဓိ၀ိေ၀က - ဖလသမာပတ္ကုိ ၀င္စား၍ နိဗၺာန္ကုိ အာ႐ုံျပဳေနျခင္းဟူေသာ ကင္းဆိတ္ ၿငိမ္းေအးမႈတုိ႔ ျဖစ္သည္။
Solitary seclusion; detachment; serenity
The three kinds of viveka are :-
(1) Kᾱya viveka – seclusion of the body, which is free of attachment to sensual pleasures;
(2) Citta viveka – detachment of the mind from defilements;
(3) Upadhi viveka – the serenity of mind absorbed in Fruition and inclined towards Nibbᾱna.
