ပဒကၡိဏကရဏ (Padakkhinakarana) - လက္ယာရစ္လွည့္ျခင္း။

လိမၼာယဥ္ေက်းေသာ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ၀င္တုိ႔သည္ ေစတီပုထုိးမ်ားကုိ ဖူးေျမာ္ရာ၌ လက္အုပ္ခ်ီၿပီး၊ လက္ယာရစ္လွည့္ပတ္လ်က္ အ႐ုိအေသျပဳေလ့ရွိၾကသည္။
